【Saori Odoi × Klover Coffee】 1 Day Pastry Pop-up !

After the one-day pop-up with "Sunday Bake Shop" last summer,
many of you asked when the next one would be.
We’re grateful for all the interest, and excited to finally share this next gathering.

We’ve never served pastries at Klover.
Not because we don’t like them, but because we never felt ready to stand behind them.

We’ve always believed that anything we serve
should meet the same standard we hold for our coffee.

And recently, we met Saori Odoi.
Her approach felt familiar — thoughtful, precise, and deeply personal.
After trying her pastries, we knew it was the right time.
So for one day only, we’re hosting a pastry pop-up featuring her work.
