We currently ship freshly roasted coffee from Paris to customers around the world !
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your coffee arrives in perfect condition.

  • Freshly Roasted Every Wednesday
    Orders placed by Sunday are roasted the following Wednesday and shipped shortly after. Orders placed after Sunday will be roasted and shipped the following week
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped
  • Address Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Klover cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Domestic (France)

  • Orders within France are shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

Europe

  • We deliver across the EU via Colissimo or Chronopost
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

International

  • We ship worldwide from Paris using trusted international carriers (UPS / DHL / Fedex)
  • Shipping methods and rates can be selected at checkout, depending on your location
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination
    (Please note that shipments to the U.S. may take longer than usual.)
  • If your parcel is stopped at customs and needs extra paperwork, please reach out to us
  • We do not take responsibility for any import fees or additional charges that might apply on your package once it has been dispatched
