About Us
Klover Coffee Paris is a specialty coffee roastery and café based in Paris.
Founded by Harry Kim, Klover is the result of years spent working in specialty coffee across Korea, Japan, and Denmark. Along the way, Kim learned from different coffee cultures, roasters, and cafés, each shaping the way he thinks about coffee today.
The name "Klover" comes from a combination of kaffe (the Scandinavian word for coffee) and lover. It reflects our passion for coffee and the culture that surrounds it.

Roasting Philosophy
At Klover, we focus on light roast coffee.
We believe every coffee has its own unique character, and our role as roasters is to bring that character to life as clearly as possible.
By roasting light, we aim to preserve the work that happened long before the coffee reached us: the variety, the terroir, and the effort of the producers who grew it. We believe roasting should reveal a coffee's true character, not overshadow it.
Every coffee is roasted in-house in Paris and continuously refined to deliver a clean, balanced, and enjoyable cup.
Each cup is a reflection of our passion for coffee and our respect for the people behind it. Our hope is to help more people discover and appreciate the remarkable diversity and beauty that specialty coffee has to offer.

The Klover Showroom is a reflection of the places and coffee cultures that inspired us.
Drawing from experiences in Korea, Japan, and Denmark, we've created a space that feels warm, simple, and welcoming, with influences from Scandinavian design and hospitality.
Located in Paris at 6 Rue Merlin, 75011 Paris, our showroom offers a calm space in the middle of the city — a place crafted for coffee lovers to slow down, relax, and enjoy thoughtfully made coffee.
Whether you're stopping by for a quick espresso, exploring new coffees, or spending time with friends, we hope Klover feels like a place where you can take a moment away from the pace of everyday life.
