Chevas Coffee Estate is a specialty coffee farm located in El Salto, Boquete, Panama, founded and run by the Chevas family. The estate includes several high‑altitude lots (about 1,500–1,750 m above sea level) planted in rich volcanic soils across microclimates such as Alto Chiquero, El Salto, and Alto Quiel, each contributing to distinctive cup profiles. 

José Luis Chevas, who officially established the estate in 2016 at just 18 years old, builds on his family’s agricultural heritage with a bold focus on quality and innovation in processing. Working with experienced collaborators, Chevas produces a range of coffees—including Geisha, Catuai, Maragogype, Pacamara, and others—using both natural and washed methods with thoughtful fermentation and drying techniques to highlight clarity and complexity in the cup.

Chevas Coffee Estate has quickly gained recognition in the specialty coffee world, placing within the Top 10 at the 2024 Best of Panama competition for its Natural Geisha lots and showcasing the next generation of Panamanian coffee producers.
