DRD Washed (Darkroom Dry Washed) is an innovative coffee processing method developed by Lamastus Family Estates. After harvest, fully ripe cherries are carefully depulped, and the beans undergo a unique darkroom fermentation and drying process.
The result is a coffee with exceptional clarity, refined floral and fruity notes, bright acidity, and a silky body, showcasing both the farm’s terroir and the Lamastus family’s meticulous craftsmanship.
