Located in La Paz, Honduras, Finca El Puente spans 180 hectares and, under the leadership of Marysabel and Moisés, pairs ideal growing conditions with innovative processing; for this natural lot, cherries are carefully selected and dried on raised beds for around 30 days with controlled sun and shade before resting in GrainPro at 10–11% moisture, preserving clarity, sweetness, and full traceability from harvest to export.
Expect a sweet cup with notes of red berries, prune, and chocolate.
